I’m very excited about Tim Burtons latest film, ‘Alice in Wonderland’, its out on the 5th of March, its in 3D, its staring Johnny Depp and of course Helena Boham Carter!

The trailer looks amazing, take a peak yourself, as I’ve added a link for you.

Its already causing a stir as the Odeon are refusing to play it as the film will be released on DVD after only 7 weeks at the cinema, when the time at cinemas is usually 12 weeks. The Odeon group will obviously loose out on lots of cash if this goes ahead.

Tim Burton is an amazing, creative and crazy Director!

It will of course  have lots of delights, quirkyness  and eccentricities as most of his films do. Remember Edward Scissorshands? Love that film; and Sweeney Todd…. (Billy disliked Sweeney Todd, she didn’t enjoy the songs as much as I did, I found myself downloading onto itunes the whole soundtrack of the film, they only lasted a few days!)

Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carol was one those  books as I was growing up, that always  freaked me out a little, like a nightmare.  I still don’t know whether I love it or hate it, but have to say, will be donning the 3D specs, grabbing the popcorn and letting Burtons world make me follow the white rabbit.
