We’re big fans of Jesse J here at THE CHAPEL. Her witty lyrics, awesome clothes and out there I don’t care attitude. Obviously, what we love most about here is her hair. In the time she has become famous her black shiny locks with her blunt fringe has become Iconic. We get more then a few requests for similar styles from our quirky guests.
