A taste of THE CHAPEL

We are so pleased to present our handmade chocolates to be enjoyed at THE CHAPEL. The three bespoke flavours have been created especially to indulge in a moment of deliciousness in our salons. Chocolate company I Wanna Cocoa have been crafting chocolates for some time now. After working with the Gordon Ramsey Group and the Connaught Hotel, and training in Switzerland, Patricia has finally fulfilled her life long goal of setting up her own Chocolate company.

We use a fine Edelweiss Chocolate(36%)with a delicious malted flavour, caramel accents and fresh dairy notes. After infusing this chocolate for 24 hours with Creamy bourbon Madagascan Vanilla, we scattered Himalayan GojI Berries delivering a sharp hit of raisin and rasberries.

Maracaibo Chocolate 38% Grand Cru is a well balanced but distinctive chocolate using Crillo from south of the Lake Macaribo. We have paired the chocolate with organic banana  grown by farmers in Uganda

Arriba Grand Cru is well balanced with floral and fruit notes. The chocolate is harvested between December and March through a cooperative of 600 cacoa farmers and their families. We infused the chocolate with the flesh and seeds of red chillies to give them a subtle nudge to the taste buds. We finish with a scattering of freeze dried raspberrys and crunchy macadamia to give a delightful texture and contrast in flavour.
