We place emphasis on ongoing skills training and we also have regular instruction on new treatments and developments in customer care. Team education is also about attitude and behaviour, indeed the whole person and the bigger picture.
Team members are continually observed and assessed. Everyone is also invited to ask for specific training to meet individual needs.
Consultations are an integral part of THE CHAPEL experience; we place great importance on creating rapport and building trust between stylist or therapist and their guest. We use various tools to help explain tone, texture, and colour.
