We have a revolutionary pricing system and charge for the time we need for your hair rather than for set services and products. This means our stylists are free to be creative and can achieve the best possible, individual result for you. Our team members are not influenced by a restricted list of options they are simply intent on originating hair styles and colour which are distinctive and personal.
During your tailored service you will receive the dedicated time of a fully trained stylist, we do not have juniors on our team.
When booking your first hair cut we will estimate how long you need and confirm this on the phone. Usually ladies' cuts take 60minutes and a maximum of 75, and we allow another, complimentary 15 minutes for an in depth consultation to make sure we really get to know you and your hair.
We will confirm the time required for hair colour when you come for a skin test before your appointment; this means you will know the maximum price in advance. You will not be surprised by any hidden costs.
Another advantage of charging by time is that you know beforehand how long you will be with us; you will not be left waiting.
The pricing range is £49 - £80 per hour and is based on your stylist's experience and the length of time they have been at THE CHAPEL.
