Our innovative pricing structure has been designed so that you are charged only for the time we need to create an original service for you. Your cut, colour, blow dry and any other treatments are included in the time estimated and you will know exactly what you will pay as well as how long you will be with us.
You will be cared for on a one-to-one basis, throughout your stay, by your fully trained stylist.
We believe this is the fairest way to charge because you receive the best possible results in the time available and our stylists can be creative and inventive rather than given 'off the shelf' treatments.
There is no such thing at THE CHAPEL as a regrowth, partial, half head or all over gloss - we deliver the best individual results for each guest's hair.
We estimate the time you need for a haircut when you book your appointment; as a guide ladies' cuts usually need one hour and a maximum of 75 minutes. We will confirm the time needed for colour when you come in for a skin test. All new guests receive a complimentary 15 minutes consultation time.
Our hourly rate is £49 to £69 depending on the experience of your stylist, and we charge in blocks of 15 minutes.
