We are proud to have introduced a new pricing system to the hair industry - charging for most services by the time taken and not by a set pricelist. This practice allows our stylists to focus on what is best for your hair and to choose the most beneficial products without being restricted by sticking to the menu.
We deliver a tailored service and the full attention of your fully trained stylist while you are with us, we do not employ juniors. We charge in blocks of 15 minutes. For your first appointment for a haircut, we book you in for 75 minutes and charge you for one hour. This complimentary 15 minutes allow you and your stylist to really get the best from your appointment. The time needed for a hair colour appointment will be verified when you come in for your skin test and you will therefore know the maximum price you pay before you arrive.
There are no hidden extras.Charging by time also means that you know how long you will be at THE CHAPEL. Our prices range from £49 to £80 per hour depending on the experience of your stylist and how long they have been with us.
