We are proud to have been able to achieve so much over the last year and we are exceptionally grateful to have such a great team and amazingly loyal guests to help us do this.
To ensure our incredible teams earn what we feel they are worth, we have taken the decision to increase the hourly rate across all team members by £10 per hour. In addition to other increases in costs, this will enable us to give a fair salary increase across the board for each and every one of our team members.
This increase will come into effect from the 1st of November and will enable us to continue to provide the quality and breadth of care that you love, and ensure our ongoing commitment to evolve and improve what we do.
