‘I love making people's lives easier and helping them to be more confident and happier in themselves!’
We were fortunate enough to have Kim as a cherished stylist with us back when we had newly opened, and we were equal parts sad and excited to see her depart for her global adventures in 2011. Since then, Kim has travelled to South-East Asia, Australia, lived in Hawaii and returned to London to hone her already very impressive skills.
‘I retrained at Vidal Sassoon’s and was awarded a distinction for my final creative presentation’ says Kim, which gave her the extra tools to know how and why to tailor certain shapes for each guest, influenced by face and head shape.
Kim’s strengths are therefore a magnificent blend between the geometry of cutting and her adventurous, artistic side with colour too. After travelling and further training she ‘missed The Chapel ways’ of having the time to educate her guests and really delve into the passion of hairdressing. She’s been missed, and it’s without hesitation that we can say we’re thrilled to have her with us again.
