We offer tailored services for all hair types, lengths and styles. These include haircuts, colour, styling, hair-up, blow dries (including bouncy blow dries for events) and more. Some of our team are curl and coil specialists, and others are trained in hair loss and wig cutting, ideal for guests experiencing alopecia or undergoing chemotherapy.
Our colour services range from highlights and balayage to grey blending and glossing, all fully customised using Redken Shades EQ and Colour Gels. Every service is tailored to you.

We charge by time, not a fixed price. Each appointment is personalised, and you just pay for the time you need. Your Chapel stylist will agree on the time and cost during your consultation. If we use less time than planned, we adjust the cost accordingly. There are no hidden extras, just transparent, tailored pricing, so you only pay for what you need.
It depends on your hair and the service. Every appointment starts with a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
Here’s the Chapel hair salon guide:
- New Gents Cut: 75 mins (includes consultation, wash & massage)
- New Women’s Cut: 75–90 mins (includes consultation, wash & massage)
- New Colour Appointments: Typically 2–4 hours (includes a separate 30-minute consultation and patch test)
At the Chapel hairdressers, we recommend combining your cut and colour in one session to save time. That’s because instead of two washes, blow-dries and finishes, you’ll just need one.
Bring any images, snaps or inspo with you, it’s the best way to unlock conversation. The more we know, the better informed we are to tailor our hair care to you.
Yes. To keep you safe and to comply with safety regulations, all new guests and returning guests who haven’t had colour for 6 months will need a simple, quick patch test to check for any allergic reactions. This needs to be a minimum of 5 days before your Appointment. Colour services are available to guests aged 16 and over only.

Yes, because our approach is fully personalised, we’ll tailor our services to suit you. Whether your hair is curly, coiled, fine, thick, or you’re experiencing hair loss, we’ll match you with a specialist Chapel stylist. Please note we do not offer chemical straightening or braiding.
We’re honoured to partner with Oway, an organic, carbon-neutral brand available for purchase and refills in-salon. For colour, we use Redken for its customisability, multi-tonal results, and shine.
Yes. Regular guests can book one complimentary fringe trim up to 5 weeks from their cut. After that, it’s simply charged as a 15-minute appointment.
For everyone’s safety and wellbeing, children under 12 aren’t allowed into our Chapel hair salons. By the very nature of our profession, we use sharp tools, heated equipment and colour chemicals. Our focus is on keeping everyone safe and relaxed.
We recommend booking as far ahead as possible to get the exact time and date you wish. Last-minute appointments do sometimes pop up, so keep an eye online or get in touch, and we’ll gladly fit you in when we can.
We securely hold payment details when booking. A 25% deposit is taken for online bookings and new guests.
Cancellation charges:
- 25% of appointments for cancellations within 48 hours
- 50% of appointments within 24 hours
- 100% of appointments are for no-shows
If you're running late, let us know. We’ll do our best to adapt the Appointment to the time that’s remaining and help you avoid charges.
We advise against bringing valuables, as we cannot be responsible for personal items. We’ll happily help you lock away your personal items to keep your valuables safe during the Appointment - just ask our team for help.
