If you’re having a Colour Service with us for the first time (or it’s been 6 months since your last colour) for your safety we’ll do a simple Skin Patch Test to check for allergies before we’re legally able to colour your hair. Allergic reactions are thankfully very rare but can range from a mild irritation through to a severe reaction requiring medical assistance.
>> To book your Skin Patch test or Colour Conversation please contact us.
Please note: our Colour Service is for Guests over 16 years old. Colour products aren’t licenced to use on children under 16 for their safety and wellbeing.
You can read about all about our Stylist Team (and see their hourly charge) here: Tunbridge Wells Team, Islington Team, Sevenoaks Team, Horsham Team, Marlow Horsham.
Or, you might like to message our Host Team and tell us about your hair and they’ll advise you.
Our Appointments are totally tailored to you, so rather than a one size fits all price list you simply pay for the service you need. Your stylist will advise you of the time needed at the Colour Conversation (time and charge) when you book. There will be no hidden surprises or charges. For online bookings, please feel free to contact our Host Team to come into the salon for a Conversation Appt (at no charge) to discuss your hair goals.
We’re honoured to partner with Oway and love the exceptional collection of organic, carbon neutral hair care products. The collection is available to buy to use at home and we offer bottle refilling in the salon (read more here).
For Colour we use Redken and love its versatility and multi tonal coverage - it allows us to individually customise colour formulations that deliver healthy, shiny hair. The science allows us to carefully maintain the hair’s ph level and moisturise the hair as we colour.
