Whether assisting people over the phone while heading up a customer service team or helping them face-to- face in the hospitality industry, Paul has spent his career making sure that others get exactly what they need.

“My aim has always been the same, to help create a personal, intuitive service for customers, clients or guests,” explains Paul, “one that anticipates needs, makes the most of each guest special time with us, and above all ensures they always feel welcome and relaxed.”

“It’s good to know that everyone here is on the same page and one of the great things about working at The Chapel are the regular opportunities offered through internal training programmes, enabling everyone to acquire specific skills and improve themselves on so many levels - because, just like me, all our teams believe that the extra mile is never too far to go.”
