We’re looking forward to welcoming you soon and we wish to share information in readiness for your Appointment.

If You're Having Your Hair Coloured

If you’re having a Colour Service for the first time with us, or it’s been 6 months since your last colour - for your wellbeing and safety we’ll do a simple Skin Patch Test to check for allergies before we’re legally able to colour your hair.

We invite you in for a Conversation Appt (no charge) for us to discuss your hair and carry out the quick test, if you need to book that 30 minute Appt, please see contact us.

Fringe Trim Policy

We offer one complimentary Fringe Trim between haircuts, which can be booked up to 5 weeks from your last Appointment. Subsequent Fringe Trims are chargeable and will need a 15 minute Appointment.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to make a change to your Appointment, please let us know as soon as you can - it helps our Team so much.

A 25% Appointment Deposit is chargeable for online bookings and first time Appointments.

All Appointments are subject to our Booking Cancellation Policy. Appointments can be altered up to 48 hours before the Appt, after that the following charges will be incurred and settled via the payment card used to book the Appointment.

Booking Cancellation Policy:
25% of Appointment for cancellation within 48 hours
50% of Appointment for cancellation within 24 hours
100% of Appointment for no-show or cancellation on the day

If you are running late, please contact us so we can tailor the Appt to the remaining time available and help you try to avoid any cancellation charges.

We’re very grateful for your understanding. Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice means we miss the opportunity to contact Guests on our waiting list and cannot fill that Appointment time, which hits our team and our independent business really hard.

Please note card details are held securely by our payments provider to hold future Appts. These details are managed with the highest Compliance Security Payment Card Industry Level 1. Please note: our team has no access to payment details, for more information see here.

Babies + Children Under 12

For the safety of you and your family, only children over the age of 12 are permitted in our salons. This is to keep little ones safe from risks posed by heated tools, sharp implements and products that contain chemicals.

Valuables

We ask that valuable, delicate or precious items are not brought with you to our Salons. All items are brought in are left are entirely at your risk. The Chapel shall not be liable to any Guest for loss, damage or injury suffered by them for their property.

We’re unable to take any responsibility for accidents or loss of personal property and ask you to be aware that within The Salon equipment and chemicals can be hazardous and if accidental spillages occur it can damage personal property.

Getting Here

There are many car parks in central Horsham just a short walk from the salon. Denne Road Car Park is next to the salon, but it has a maximum stay of 3 hours. Forum Blackhorse Way RH12 1NU) is a short walk away and Sawn Walk (RH12 1AG).
